Queue and spend

Messages typed during a turn wait in a tray. Spend shows up only when the CLI reports a cost.

The queue

The default is to queue. The tray above the composer can collapse, reorder by drag, edit a line, send one now, or delete a selection. Send-now interrupts the active turn and starts the new message. Switch that behavior in settings if you would rather interrupt every time.

Spend

When an API key is in use, the footer shows the dollar total of the open session, and each assistant message can end with that chat’s price. A subscription login shows allowance used and left: Claude’s 5-hour and 7-day windows, Codex’s session and weekly windows, and Cursor’s two pools. Dollar amounts are costs the CLI reported. A cap stops the next API turn before the CLI starts.

The usage dashboard totals turns across Claude, Codex, and Cursor. Ranges run from 24 hours to all time. It leads with turns, then tokens and recorded spend. It does not invent a savings figure for an empty range.

Voice and dictation

The microphone on the composer records a short clip and inserts the transcript into the draft. The words stay until you send them. Ctrl+Shift+M or Cmd+Shift+M starts and stops. Escape discards the clip. Settings → Voice → Speech to text hides the microphone. Voice mode can also hold a realtime conversation that dispatches workspace requests through the chat’s harness.
